Litigations are staffed by Mr. Riemer and one of the Firm’s associate attorneys. Paralegal support is brought in as needed. Mr. Riemer will attend all important court conferences. He will take all important depositions of witnesses. He reviews and revises all important litigation documents such as the complaint, discovery demands, motions, and briefs.
