How I Support Our Clients

As a Legal Assistant at Riemer Hess, I play a key role in supporting our paralegals and attorneys by helping ensure each client’s long term disability claim is thoroughly prepared. I assist with organizing case files, obtaining medical records, drafting correspondence, and coordinating with healthcare providers. Through this work, I help secure and structure the critical evidence needed to build a strong and compelling claim.

What I Find Most Rewarding

What I find most rewarding is the ability to help clients in relieving the stress and any concerns that they may be having about their LTD claim. My goal is to help provide them with peace of mind knowing that their case is in good hands.

My Background

I am a graduate of the John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a B.S. in Political Science. I began my legal career as a legal intern for a Family, Real Estate, and Immigration firm. As my interest in the field began to expand, so did my experience. Prior to joining Riemer Hess, I worked as a legal secretary for an immigration law firm which helped in advancing my skill set and deepened my appreciation for the legal field.

Outside of the Office

When not at work, you can find me home playing with my six cats and two nieces, or reading a book from my at-home library. If not engaging in these activities, you can find me at an arcade with my friends playing Connect 4 with basketballs.
