How I Help Our Clients
I am dedicated to protecting policyholders from unfair claims practices by some of the world’s largest insurance carriers. I approach each case with the understanding that my clients are often navigating one of the most difficult periods of their lives. My goal is to serve as a fierce advocate they can trust, while providing responsive, client-centered representation and clear communication throughout the process.
I do not take my duties to my clients lightly. When I represent someone, it is important to me that they understand they have a strong and dependable advocate in their corner.
My Background
I graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2013. Following law school, I began my legal career as a Public Defender in Northeast Pennsylvania, where I gained significant courtroom and litigation experience advocating for individuals in high-stakes matters.
In 2015, I transitioned my practice to complex insurance litigation. Since that time, I have concentrated on ERISA Long Term Disability claims, disability income insurance matters, Long Term Care claims, and Life Insurance disputes. Over the past decade, I have developed substantial experience handling complex insurance conflicts and representing individuals in disputes with major insurance carriers. My work has been dedicated to ensuring policyholders receive the benefits promised under their policies.
I am a graduate of the Justice Morris Pashman American Inns of Court and a member of the Bergen County Bar Association.
My Current Practice
I have represented individuals in Long Term Disability claims and related complex insurance matters for more than 10+ years.
As a Partner at Riemer Hess LLC, I focus my practice on advocating for policyholders in ERISA Long Term Disability matters, disability income insurance claims, Long Term Care claims, and Life Insurance disputes. I assist clients at every stage of the process, including claim development, administrative appeals, and litigation when necessary.
I approach each case with strategic focus and thorough preparation, while maintaining responsive, client-centered communication. I understand that these claims often arise during challenging periods in a person’s life, and I am committed to providing steady guidance and strong advocacy throughout the process.
