Appeal Disability Claim Denial

This is Susan.

She is an orthopedic surgeon. Even though she had a debilitating illness her claim for long term disability has been denied.

She needs to appeal the insurer’s claim denial, but is concerned the insurer’s appeals department will merely rubber stamp the claim denial.
